S. Howard Orner

S. Howard Orner is the founding shareholder of The Orner Law Firm, P.A., a boutique litigation firm in Boca Raton, Florida. Mr. Orner concentrates in the areas of family law, personal injury, commercial and business litigation, real estate litigation, construction litigation, probate litigation and criminal defense.  Approaching 16 years of practice he gained extensive experience litigating the most complex of cases. Mr. Orner brings to his profession, unlike most other attorneys, (who generally become an attorney immediately following college), a vital understanding of the real world through his decade of experience in business, where he was a successful entrepreneur as a commercial real estate developer of office buildings in South Florida.

During this time, he mastered negotiation and inter-personal relationship skills. These skills undoubtedly give Mr. Orner a distinct advantage over his colleagues in that same will increase the prospects of resolving the case without resorting to costly protracted litigation to the parties. To be more of an effective lawyer, it is essential to have acquired real world experience prior to becoming an attorney as opposed to being sheltered through college and law school.

Mr. Orner received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration in 1979 from the University of Miami and is a 1989 graduate of the University of Miami, School of Law in Miami, Florida.

During his education Mr. Orner was the recipient of the President's Honor Roll, which is one of the highest academic achievements. Mr. Orner is a member in good standing with the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice before all State Courts, American Arbitration Association and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
